1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Lovie.id platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must stop using the Service immediately.

These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and subscribers.

2. About Lovie.id

Lovie.id is a subscription-based web application that allows users to upload content, create, and publish content publicly. The Service is operated by Lovie.id and is accessible at https://lovie.id.

3. Eligibility

To use Lovie.id, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age, or be a minor with verifiable consent from a parent or legal guardian.

4. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration.
• Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify us immediately at hello@lovie.id if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Take responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

Lovie.id reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend accounts at its sole discretion.

5. Subscription and Payment

5.1 Subscription Plans

Access to full features of Lovie.id requires an active paid subscription. Subscription plans, pricing, and available features are described on our website and may be updated from time to time.

5.2 Payment Methods

We accept payment via QRIS, GoPay, ShopeePay, DANA, and other supported Indonesian e-wallets and payment methods. All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway partners.

5.3 Manual Renewal

Subscriptions on Lovie.id do not auto-renew. You are responsible for manually renewing your subscription before the expiration date to maintain uninterrupted access to the Service.

5.4 No Refund Policy

All payments made for subscriptions are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Partial use of the subscription period.
• Dissatisfaction with the Service.
• Accidental or duplicate purchases.
• Account suspension due to a violation of these Terms.

5.5 Pricing Changes

Lovie.id reserves the right to change subscription pricing at any time. Price changes will be communicated in advance via email or a notice on the platform.

6. User Content

6.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you create or upload. By submitting User Content, you grant Lovie.id a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating the Service.

6.2 Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all User Content you upload or publish. You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights and permissions to upload and publish the content.
• Your content does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.
• Your content complies with these Terms and all applicable Indonesian laws.

6.3 Prohibited Content

You must not upload, publish, or share content that:

• Is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, threatening, or abusive.
• Infringes any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
• Contains malware, viruses, or any harmful code.
• Is sexually explicit, obscene, or pornographic.
• Promotes violence, hatred, discrimination, or illegal activities.
• Violates the privacy of any individual.
• Contains false, misleading, or deceptive information.

Lovie.id reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms without prior notice.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the Service to violate any applicable law or regulation in Indonesia.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access or extract data without our written consent.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

8.1 Suspension Without Warning

Lovie.id reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately and without prior notice if we determine that you have violated these Terms or applicable laws.

8.2 Effect of Termination

Upon suspension or termination:

• Your access to the Service will be immediately revoked.
• Any active subscription will be forfeited with no refund.
• We may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8.3 Voluntary Termination

You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us at hello@lovie.id. No refund will be issued for any remaining subscription period.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, trademarks, logos, and materials on the Lovie.id platform (excluding User Content) are the exclusive property of Lovie.id and are protected under Indonesian intellectual property law.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind. Lovie.id does not guarantee that the Service will meet your requirements or that any errors will be corrected.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indonesian law, Lovie.id shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Lovie.id in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

12. Third-Party Links and Services

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or integrate with third-party payment services. Lovie.id is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party services.

13. Changes to These Terms

Lovie.id reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, including:

• Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection (UU PDP)
• Law No. 11 of 2008 on Electronic Information and Transactions (UU ITE) as amended
• Consumer Protection Law No. 8 of 1999

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Indonesia.
